Growing up in a big family, I felt the pressure to do well in school and fit in with what was expected of me. But as time went on, I realized I needed to find my own way and stand up for what I believe in.

With my therapy experience, I empower you to control your life and meet your goals. I understand the pressure to be perfect and the battle with anxiety. Let's collaborate to provide you the best support and help you find your voice.

I offer online therapy sessions through Zoom. All you'll need is a stable internet connection and a private space to participate.

Do you offer in-person sessions?


Sorry, I do not currently provide in-person sessions. However, I do provide online sessions from the comfort of your home through Zoom.
